Once logged in to your account profile, you can submit a request, check the status of a request, send a message to the FOIA Requester Service Center, or download responsive records from a request.
Helpful Information to Review Prior to Submitting a Request
FOIA is a law that allows any person to request access to federal agency records.
There are certain requirements for making a FOIA request to GSA OIG. Prior to submitting a request, navigate to GSA OIG's FOIA website. Please review GSA OIG's regulations pertaining to FOIA requests for further details.
In some cases, the records you are requesting may already be posted online in GSA OIG's Reading Room.
If after reviewing the GSA OIG's FOIA website, you determine that you need to file a FOIA request we encourage you to submit your request online to facilitate faster processing.
All requests received after 5pm Eastern Time will be considered "received" on the next business day.
